Dress the kids warm, bring your camera, enjoy a two-day non-stop fun weekend at Manitoba’s only Children’s Winter Festival.Once entered into the festival sites, check out the giant tube slides, pony rides, sleigh rides,snowmobile rides, along with all sporting events, such as ice hockey, snowboarding, snow shoeing and a miniature snow golf. Visit the mascots, fantastic petting zoo, Whiteshell Trappers displaying numerous furs and traps.

A large heated entertainment tent has non-stop entertainment all weekend. Saturday’s feature act is Dean Gunnarson, Manitoba’s only escape artist, along with fish pond, face painting, balloons and silent auction.
The Lockport Children’s Winter Festival is located on PTH 202 just opposite the Heritage Golf course in Lockport at the floodway.
